MMRS is a Medicare and Medicaid provider. Many private insurance plans are also accepted, as are Workman’s Compensation and Personal Injury claims. For your convenience, claims will be processed from our office.

Claims for out-of-network insurance will also be filed if allowed. Our business staff will assist you in determining how your insurance will pay for services provided.
